• After initial dry drawing MIG / MAG / CO₂ wire are produced in two different methods. A) Wet drawing – Most popular but production cost is higher. B) Dry drawing – suitable for large production establishments.

We have developed a chemical formula and process which gives best copper coating quality and shelf life more than 16 – 18 months.

To achieve high self life, you do not require fresh running water for rinsing or 5 bath rinsing. Rinsing bath can be replaced with fresh water after 7/10 days as per the condition of the bath.
